What you ask us
How does the 30-day trial work?
You have 30 days to try RoninBox at no cost. We ask for your card to activate the trial, but nothing is charged until day 30, and you can cancel anytime from “My subscription”. We'll also help you get your box set up.
Is there a discount if I pay for the full year?
Yes. The annual plan costs €432 + VAT and includes a 10% discount, also on extra locations.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No. It's a monthly fee you can cancel anytime, with no penalty and no hidden costs.
Do I have to enter all my data myself?
No. Initial setup is included: we load your classes, plans and athletes for you before you start using it.
Do I need to install anything?
No. RoninBox runs in the browser and can be installed as an app on your phone if you prefer. It works the same on phone, tablet and computer.
What support do I get?
You message us on WhatsApp and someone who knows the product and the training world answers. No tickets or automated replies.
Is it reliable?
RoninBox has been in daily use at real boxes for years. Improvements come from what those boxes ask for, and updates are applied automatically at no cost.
Does RoninBox charge my athletes?
You can track monthly fees, class passes and offers inside RoninBox, and see at any time who's up to date. The €40,00 per month is what you pay for the software.
