Paula has been involved in CrossFit for over 8 years. She has competed in both CrossFit and weightlifting. An engineer by profession and a model of consistency and grit, always with a smile. She handles your insurance so you can relax.

Brais has over 15 years of experience in the CrossFit world. He chairs Club Halterofilia Vigo, teaches weightlifting at CrossFit La Bodega and works in IT. Attentive, friendly and always on hand. He'll help keep admin work from taking time away from what really matters: your box.

Spam protection
We use Google reCAPTCHA to tell people apart from automated programs that send spam through the contact form. Google analyzes your behavior on the page and receives your IP address. If you reject it, the form still works the same: we use our own measures to filter spam.
Strictly necessary
Essential for the site to work and to provide the service you requested: keeping you signed in, protecting you against fraudulent form submissions and remembering your cookie choice. They aren't used for analytics, profiling or advertising, and can't be turned off without breaking the service.
How to accept, reject or change your choice
You can accept all purposes, reject them all or choose them one by one from the settings panel. Rejecting is as easy as accepting and has no effect on how the site works. Your choice is stored for up to 24 months and is not renewed automatically: after that period we will ask you again. We will also ask you again if the purposes, providers or technologies change.
How to delete cookies already stored
Besides using our panel, you can delete and block cookies from your browser. Keep in mind that if you block strictly necessary cookies, you won't be able to log in to the app. When you withdraw consent, we stop loading third-party technologies and delete our cookies, but cookies that a third party has stored on its own domain can only be deleted by you from your browser.
