432 € a year + VAT: 10% less than paying monthly. The discount also applies to extra locations.
More than one location
Each extra location adds 15 € a month + VAT. They all share athletes and plans, and each class belongs to its location.

How does the 30-day trial work?
You have 30 days to try RoninBox at no cost. We ask for your card to activate the trial, but nothing is charged until day 30, and you can cancel anytime from “My subscription”. We'll also help you get your box set up.
Is there a discount if I pay for the full year?
Yes. The annual plan costs €432 + VAT and includes a 10% discount, also on extra locations.
What is the ambassador code?
It's a RoninBox ambassador's code. If you enter it when signing up, your box gets an extra 5% off for as long as your subscription lasts, on top of the annual and insurance discounts if they apply. It can only be used at sign-up: it can't be added later.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No. It's a monthly fee you can cancel anytime, with no penalty and no hidden costs.
Can I run multiple locations with one account?
Yes. Each extra location costs €15 per month + VAT. Your athletes choose the location in the calendar, and each plan decides which locations can be booked.
Does RoninBox charge my athletes?
You can track monthly fees, class passes and offers inside RoninBox, and see at any time who's up to date. The €40,00 per month is what you pay for the software.
Do I have to enter all my data myself?
No. Initial setup is included: we load your classes, plans and athletes for you before you start using it.
